I know that I haven’t updated for like ages and it’s because of my laziness ahahaha. The very first pastry that I baked this summer was a cinnamon bun and it’s an EPIC FAIL. The dough didn’t rise, it came out as hard as a rock and it doesn’t look like any closer to the cinnamon buns of CINNABON. If you can just imagine my frustration…. sigh :(((((. And it’s all because of my “Alzheimer’s disease” hahaha, not literally but I tend to be forgetful. I forgot to give the dough some time for it to rise instead, i put it immediately in the oven because I’m stoked about the results…..unfortunately, the result was not what I had in mind ………. The result made me frustrated for days and it made me swear to never bake cinnamon buns anymore.
Long time no bake!!!!! Since it’s already summer, I already have time to bake….the first pastry that I baked this summer is a flourless chocolate peanut butter cookie. By being a flourless cookie, it means that it doesn’t have any flour. I was afraid that the cookie will not be a successful one for it doesn’t have any flour but only egg to hold the cookie together but fortunately, the cookie turned out delicious and peanut buttery. Tastes like Reese’s

Since I have no classes this afternoon, I decided to bake my OREO COOKIES <3. It didn’t exactly tast the same as the oreo cookie that we can buy in the groceries but it tastes good. :)
This is the Oreo Cookie that I’m going to make. Though it looks like a WHOOPEE than an OREO. :)
